We use organic ingredients wherever possible, from local producers. This helps give our dishes the freshest, authentic taste. We also source organic wine, imported from small Italian vineyards that you won’t find anywhere else.

Primavera focuses on the region, cooking old and new dishes from across Italy. Good quality seasonal produce is vital for a perfect dish and we strive to always find the best ingredients from local suppliers and small producers.

The place to be for lunch and dinner and everything in between! Guests can expect the perfect fusion between authentic Italian recipes and techniques and locally-sourced ingredients.
